ClashPoints Purchases

ClashPoints purchases are non-refundable once credited to your account.

Exceptions:

  • Duplicate charges will be refunded within 48 hours
  • Payment errors (amount charged but CP not credited) resolved within 24 hours
  • Payment processor fees are non-refundable

Tournament Premium Entry

✅ Full Refund Eligible If:

  1. Tournament Cancelled by Admin
    • Full refund of premium entry
    • Processed within 24 hours
  2. You Leave Before Tournament Starts
    • Full refund while tournament status is "upcoming"
    • No refund after tournament begins
  3. Opponent No-Show
    • Full refund if opponent doesn't join within time limit
    • Admin verification required
  4. Technical Error Prevents Match
    • Platform-side technical issues only
    • Must be reported immediately
    • Subject to admin investigation

❌ No Refund If:

  • Tournament has already started
  • You lose the match fairly
  • You get suspended/banned during tournament
  • You submit invalid proof
  • Internet or device issues on your side
  • Game server issues (external to ClashLobby)

Withdrawal Refusals

If a withdrawal is rejected (failed KYC, fraud detection):

  • ClashPoints return to your account immediately
  • No refund to original payment method
  • Resolve verification issues before re-attempting withdrawal

Refund Processing Time

  • ClashPoints refunds: Instant (credited to account)
  • Bank refunds: 3-7 business days
  • Refund requests processed: Within 1-3 business days

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact support@clashlobby.com
  2. Provide:
    • Transaction ID or reference
    • Reason for refund request
    • Any supporting evidence
  3. Admin review within 24-48 hours
  4. Decision communicated via email

Refund eligibility is determined by admin review.

Fraud Prevention

  • Repeated refund requests may be flagged for review
  • Refund abuse will result in account suspension
  • False refund claims may result in permanent account restriction

Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision:

  1. Reply to the decision email with additional information
  2. Admin will conduct final review
  3. Admin decision is final after review
