1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClashLobby, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older with a valid Nigerian ID
• One account per person
• Account holders are responsible for all activity under their account
• We may request identity verification at any time to confirm eligibility.

3. ClashPoints Terms

• ClashPoints are platform credits used to access competitions and rewards
• ClashPoints may be earned through gameplay or purchased to access premium competitions
• ClashPoints are non-transferable between users
• ClashPoints are subject to platform rules and cannot be sold or exchanged outside ClashLobby

4. Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in:

• Cheating, hacking, modding, or use of unauthorized software
• Match fixing, collusion, or intentional losing
• Account sharing, boosting, or multiple accounts
• Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior
• Submitting fake screenshots or manipulating proof
• Any activity that violates the spirit of fair competition

5. Tournament Rules

• Premium entry is non-refundable once a tournament starts
• Free entry competitions do not require any deposit
• Screenshot proof must be submitted within match time limits
• Failure to submit valid proof within required time may result in forfeiture.
• Admin decisions on disputes are final
• Winners must comply with verification requirements to receive rewards

6. Account Termination

ClashLobby reserves the right to suspend or restrict accounts for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Repeated rule violations
• Security concerns

7. Disclaimers

• Platform provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for game server issues, internet connectivity problems, or third-party service failures
• Tournament outcomes depend on player skill, not chance

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ClashLobby's liability is limited to the amount in your account at the time of the incident.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms with 7 days notice via email or platform announcement.
