Core Principles
1. Skill-Based Competition
- Winners determined by gameplay ability
- No random elements in match outcomes
- Admin verification ensures fairness
2. Zero Tolerance for Cheating
- Hacks, mods, and exploits prohibited
- Fake proof results in immediate action
- Third-party tools not allowed
3. Respect for All Players
- Harassment and hate speech forbidden
- Toxic behavior not tolerated
- Sportsmanship expected
4. Transparent Dispute Resolution
- All evidence reviewed objectively
- Both sides heard in disputes
- Clear enforcement rules
Prohibited Behavior
Strictly Forbidden:
1. Cheating & Hacking
- Using modified game files
- Third-party automation tools
- Exploiting game bugs
- Any unauthorized advantage
2. Match Fixing
- Intentionally losing
- Collusion with opponents
- Pre-arranged outcomes
- Trading wins
3. Account Violations
- Multiple accounts
- Account sharing
- Boosting services
- Selling accounts
4. Proof Manipulation
- Fake screenshots
- Edited images
- Screenshots from different matches
- Old/reused proof
5. Harassment & Abuse
- Hate speech
- Threats or intimidation
- Sexual harassment
- Doxing or privacy violations
6. Platform Abuse
- Spamming tournaments
- Refund exploitation
- Payment fraud
- Any attempt to manipulate the system
Enforcement
Progressive Discipline:
First Offense:
- Official warning via email
- Incident logged in account
- Education on violated rules
Second Offense:
- Temporary suspension (7-30 days)
- Cannot join competitions during suspension
- Must acknowledge rules to reinstate
Third Offense:
- Permanent account restriction
- Forfeiture of remaining balance
- Ban from creating new accounts
Severe Cases (Immediate Permanent Ban):
- Fraud or payment manipulation
- Extreme harassment
- Hacking/security violations
- Organized cheating rings
Screenshot & Proof Requirements
✅ Acceptable Proof:
- • Clear, unedited screenshot of victory screen
- • Shows final score/placement
- • Your username/Game ID visible
- • Taken immediately after match
- • Original resolution (not cropped unnecessarily)
❌ Unacceptable Proof:
- • Blurry or unclear images
- • Edited or manipulated screenshots
- • Screenshots from different matches
- • Photos of screens (use screenshot function)
- • Missing critical information
Admin Verification Process:
- Screenshot quality checked
- Match details cross-referenced
- Timestamps verified
- Game data consistency checked
- Opponent's proof reviewed if submitted
- Final decision made objectively
Dispute Resolution
If Opponent Submits False Proof:
- Click "Dispute Proof" within time limit
- Submit your victory screenshot (counter-proof)
- Explain why opponent's proof is invalid
- Admin reviews both evidence sets
- Decision made within 24 hours
Admin Review Standards:
- Objective evaluation of all evidence
- No favoritism or bias
- Benefit of doubt to player with stronger proof
- Clear communication of decision
- Final decision binding
Appeal Process:
If you believe a decision was unfair:
- Contact support@clashlobby.com within 48 hours
- Provide additional evidence if available
- Explain why you believe decision was wrong
- Admin conducts final review
- Appeal decision is final
